Gentle on sensitive skin, it does quite a good job at removing makeup (for Heroine waterproof mascara, you'll still need an additional product). Melts easily and it's not hard to get rid of the oiliness with a foam cleanser after, convenient packaging.

Using a cleansing balm for the first time but have always wanted to try it so added this one to my recent order. It has a little spoon that’s in a separate part of the packaging which I love because it doesn’t get dirty. It’s so easy to use and I honestly loved seeing my make up melt away while rubbing this is my skin. It does leave my eyes slightly foggy after washing it away for a few minutes but it’s not too bad. For sure going to keep using a cleansing balm!
