What is YaoSkin Rewards Program?
YaoSkin Rewards Program is a new and special loyalty program to reward you, our awesome friend, with special discounts and offers as you earn YaoCoins! As a member of our Program, you will be eligible to earn YaoCoins whenever you make purchases, refer friends, write reviews, or engage with our social media!
How do I earn YaoCoins and redeem discounts?
Sign up: Create an account and earn 200 YaoCoins.
Purchases: Earn 3 YaoCoins for every euro spent.
Refer a Friend: Your friend will receive a €7 coupon for their purchase of €50+ and once your friend completes their purchase, you will receive 500 YaoCoins directly to your YaoCoins balance for special discounts!
Product Reviews: Earn 125 points per written product review (reviews are only eligible if accessed via the review email sent to you after a product purchase).
Birthday Coupon: Tell us when your birthday is and we’ll give you a coupon to celebrate!

Do my points ever expire?
Yes, they do expire. Points will expire if your account has been inactive for one year!

Log in, and click on the top of the Rewards Pop-up box to check how many points you've earned!
I just placed a new order/ signed up/ engaged on social media but I don’t see any YaoCoins added to my account.
Don’t worry, sometimes it takes a few minutes for our system to process and add YaoCoins to your account. If you still don't see the points after 24 hours, please reach out to email@example.com and we will be happy to help!
What happens if my order is returned or cancelled?
Any points associated with the order will be deducted from your account balance.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use one of these two methods, you’ll be taken to to their website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
For local payments we accept IDEAL and Bancontact as well.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit Register and follow the instructions on-screen.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via firstname.lastname@example.org, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
If your order still hasn't been processed please contact us as soon as possible and we will look into it immediately.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the The Netherlands will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Belgium and Germany will be delivered within 1-4 working days. Shipping to different countries within EU may take 2-6 working days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

We are based in The Netherlands and ship to most regions within Europe.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your order amount and the country where it’s being delivered. Due to the global supply chain being affected, we are so sorry to say that we can't provide the same shippingrates anymore to many countries in the EU.
We provide free shipping if your order value is more than:

Can I track my order?
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges.
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team via email@example.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
What do I do if I lose my return note?
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
How long does it take to return an item?
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of €10, €25, €50, €75, €100.
